The Indian calendar is full of wonderful festivals, and in April this year we are delighted to offer a tour taking in two of the most important. The journey ends with a six day gentle trek in the beautiful Himalaya mountains.

The festivals visited are the harvest festival of Baisakhi and the sacred Hindu pilgrimage of Khumbh Mela.  And the trekking is not extreme but allows participants to appreciate some of India's finest scenery.
