Botswana Explorer

This classic safari explores some of the most important of Botswana’s natural wonders. Travelling with your own ‘mobile’ camp and support staff, and limited to just ten participants, this will be a memorable and very personal journey.

Your journey begins in the heart of the Okavango where you can explore the pristine water wilderness of the Okavango Delta, with its flood plains, islets and waterways teeming with game and birds.  You then continue to the game-rich open savannahs of Savute in the southern stretch of the Chobe National Park.

You will explore this diversely beautiful country in 4WD open-topped vehicles, dug-out mokoros (canoes) and on walks, accompanied throughout by a professional guide whose knowledge and understanding of the bush is unsurpassed.

Sample itinerary

Day 1: Depart London.  Days 2/10: Arrive Johannesburg and fly to Maun. Begin 10-day ‘mobile’ safari through the Okavango Delta, Savute, Chobe and Victoria Falls. Overnights in camp.  Days 11/12: End safari in Maun and fly to London via Johannesburg.
