This captivating safari through the game-rich wilderness of northern Botswana combines some of the region’s most prolific wildlife reserves with small and exclusive camps.

After a stay on the Zambezi upstream from Victoria Falls, you cross into northern Botswana and the heart of the Linyanti Reserve, which is renowned for its wildlife including predators, elephant herds and plains animals. You then fly by light aircraft into the Okavango Delta. Spread out in a fan of flood plains, islands and palm-fringed lagoons, it is a natural paradise teeming with game and birds. After a stay in the Delta itself, ideal for exploring the web of waterways in native dug-out mokoros, you move to the grassy flood plains bordering the Moremi National Park, home to some of the Okavango’s largest concentrations of wildlife, a fitting finale to this magical safari.

Game viewing and bush walks. Overnights Savuti Camp.  Days 7/9: Fly into the Okavango Delta. Boating and bird watching. Overnights Little Vumbura.  Days 10/12: Fly to Moremi. Game viewing, mokoro rides and bush walks. Overnights Chitabe Trails.  Days 13/14: Fly to London via Maun and Johannesburg.
