Ultimate Madagascar
A Journey through the ‘Land of the Lemur’
There is so much to see in Madagascar one could happily spend months here, a luxury most do not have. This wonderful journey is one solution, and the perfect introduction to this fascinating island.
After a stay in the capital, Antananarivo (Tana), a suitable introduction to Malagasy life, you fly south-west to the Isalo National Park, a remarkable landscape of rock, canyons, waterfalls and pools and rare vegetation with a variety of wildlife and birds. Returning to Tana, you then drive to the spectacular Andasibe-Mantadia National Park, a rainforest supporting a great diversity of flora and fauna including many species of lemur. You return to Tana for a flight north-west to Nosy Be, and a stay at an idyllic island retreat of pure white sand lapped by azure waters, the perfect end to this fascinating journey.
