Imagine floating gently over thousand-year-old pagodas and the Ayeyarwaddy River as the sun sinks slowly behind distant mountains.

The ancient city of Bagan has inspired visitors to Burma (Myanmar) for centuries, and Balloons Over Bagan offer a unique opportunity to see this ancient kingdom from a very different perspective.

Sunrise and sunset champagne balloon flights over Bagan operate daily between October and the end of March. Guided by gentle winds, passengers enjoy a serene bird's-eye view of ancient temples stretching as far as the eye can see. The 6-day 'Grand Voyage' includes flights over the mountain landscape of Pindaya, the picturesque waters of Lake Inle and, of course, Bagan.
