Matahari Beach Resort & Spa

The fantastic service, a world-class beachside restaurant and a beautiful full-service spa are certainly evidence of this. A peaceful, rather ornate resort, the Matahari also features an Olympic-size pool set in beautiful gardens.

Sixteen bungalows house 32 spacious rooms, each of which is traditionally furnished with a marble bathroom and garden shower. The huge spa has an interesting and extensive range of treatments and there is also a special pavilion for tea ceremonies.

Other facilities include two restaurants, bicycles for hire, watersports including excellent diving, a gym and tennis court.  Balinese music and dance performances are held regularly and the culinary minded might also like to try a Balinese cooking lesson working with the head chef to prepare a Far Eastern dinner.
