Spa Village Tembok Bali Resort

Approximately 3 hours from Denpasar Airport, Spa Village Tembok Bali is not near the main cultural sites of Bali but deliberately placed in an area where you can de-stress at either the beginning or end of your holiday.  Relaxation and well-being are the buzz words here from yoga at dawn to lying in the sun by the pool sipping an ever-present fresh juice.

With just 31 rooms, the Resort has an intimate feel to it.  The 27 Kamar rooms are all furnished in dark wood paneling and reflect the Balinese heritage.  The bedrooms connect to marble bathrooms with sunken baths and all rooms offer a wide terrace or balcony with garden or ocean views.  The rooms are not fitted with WiFi (although this is available in the lobby) or TVs.  Two Suites have the additional space provided by a separate living area and the two Pool Villas have their own small garden with plunge pool and direct seafront access to the long beach (black volcanic sand here).

There is a well equipped spa offering a range of local treatments from massage to facials and once the busy day is over, you can enjoy the restaurant’s fine cuisine where the fish could not be fresher.
