Captivating wildlife and the best of Bali. Take this exciting tour around the captivating Indonesia to explore the cosmopolitan Kuala Lumpa, the Orang-Utan filled Bohorok and the sparkling beaches of Bali.

Depart London for the cosmopolitan city of Kuala Lumpur where you spend two days exploring before flying west to Medan (northern Sumatra) and then by road to the small village of Tangkahan, located on the outskirts of Gunung Leuser National Park a UNESCO World Heritage site.  Spend time visiting the elephant sanctuary and trekking before moving onto Bukit Lawang, located on the banks of the Bohorok river and home to the largest sanctuary of Sumatran orang-utans.  Fly to Bali and spend three nights in Ubud the cultural heart of Bali, end your journey with a relaxing four night stay on the beach at The Legian Bali.

Sample itinerary:

Day 1: Depart London. Day 2-3: Arrive Kuala Lumpur.  Overnights Shangri La Hotel.  Day 4-5: Fly to Medan, transfer to Tangkahan.  Explore Gunung Leuser National Park including a visit to the nearby elephant sanctuary.  Overnights Jungle lodge. Day 6-7: Transfer to Bukit Lawang, trekking/wildlife viewing with visit to Orang-utan rehabilitation centre.  Overnight Bukit Lawang Jungle Lodge. Day 8-10: Return to Medan.  Fly to Bali via Jakarta.  Overnights The Samaya Ubud. Day 11-14: Overnights The Legian Bali. Day 15-16: Depart Bali for London via Kuala Lumpur.
