When I visited them in France just before Christmas, we discussed presenting a range of shorter itineraries which we thought would appeal to our clients. These itineraries would include some fantastic walking where clients could benefit from James' expansive knowledge of the flora and fauna; allow people to savour some great culinary delights and include visits to some of Europe's finest sights such as Barcelona's Sagrada Familia or The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao.
