Make some time to explore the lesser-populated East Java, where you can admire the rocky peaks and volcano studded landscape of the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. The surreal luna-esque vistas of Mount Bromo are particularly special. Continuing further East, away from the masses, discover the awe inspiring majesty of the Ijen Plateu – well worth the extra journey!
