Following a scenic morning drive and an overnight stay enjoying the spectacle of Halong Bay, you will fly south to Hue to explore the Imperial Citadel and the impressive tombs of Tu Doc on the banks of the famed Perfume River. You will then take a journey along the stunning Hai Van Pass before arriving at the lively coastal port of Hoi An where spice, silk and tea have been traded for centuries and where the beauty of the monuments such as the Japanese-covered Bridge will astound you. The final leg of the journey might take you south to cosmopolitan Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon) full of bustling activity and steeped in colonial and of course military history, before you are transported to the magicaly remote luxury of the Con Dao Islands, where you could spend a well earned few days relaxing at the Six Senses Con Dao Resort, surrounded by sandy beaches, clear sparkling waters and stunning mountainous scenery.
