BLISSFULLY FREE OF CROWDS

Perched atop a hill in the wilds of northern Namibia, with far-reaching views across the flat savannah, the modern Safarihoek Lodge offers truly upscale accommodation in the midst of this arid wilderness.

This stylish desert lodge is a fantastic choice for those looking to escape the crowds and reconnect with nature in a remote, undisturbed location. The lodge sits within an exclusive private reserve (blissfully free of crowds) just outside the renowned Etosha National Park, one of the country’s most prolific game areas.

Wildlife roams freely across this landscape, and you can expect amazing encounters with a variety of species including mountain zebra, lion, elephant, giraffe, antelope and both white and black rhinos.

When not out on guided game drives, you can spend time in the lodge’s two-storey photography hide getting incredible close-up shots of the region’s diverse wildlife. Meals are served alfresco in the warmer months, and there’s also an inviting outdoor seating area centred around a campfire from which you can kick back and watch passing wildlife. Otherwise, retreat to your raised, thatched chalet where you can enjoy 180° views over the surrounding plains, including a great view of the waterhole from your private deck.

“EXPERT GUIDANCE, EXCEPTIONAL SUPPORT”

From the first conversation to the final day of our trip, Catherine and the team were helpful, efficient and easy to reach. Their recommendations not only improved our original plans but also made the whole holiday more cost-effective. Even when we needed assistance while away, their response was immediate. We wouldn’t hesitate to travel with them again.

“A TRIP OF A LIFETIME, PERFECTLY PLANNED”
Dear Claire, our trip was 100% amazing. We fell in love with Chile. I love how we were introduced to all of the different parts of the country. Our family was engaged in all of the fun from beginning to end. The lodges were just perfection. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. I really appreciate all you did to make our trip a trip of a lifetime.

“FLAWLESS, AGAIN”
This is the third time I’ve used TUTC. The service, as before, was flawless. Aside from putting in place all the major details of a complex trip to Japan, Dan at TUTC nailed every detail: train tickets were for seats with large luggage space (very important in Japan, as we discovered); a mobile internet wifi was included; together with a pre-charged use-pretty-much-anywhere travel card (again, important – Japan has multiple transport companies). For any kind of complex trip I won’t go anywhere else.
