Crafted out of handmade mud bricks and recycled timber posts, the main house is a shared space where you’ll find the guest lounge, day spa, outdoor infinity pool and spectacular dining room – which is warmed by a huge sandstone fireplace. Italian-inspired dishes are prepared from native ingredients and produce plucked straight from the kitchen garden.
