THE FOUR-STAR MATAMANOA ISLAND
The four-star Matamanoa Island is a small, intimate and secluded resort set in the beautiful Mamanuca Islands, approximately thirty kilometres West of Nadi. The island boasts a volcanic cone jutting out of the turquoise blue waters of this unspoilt area of the Fiji Islands. Clad with dense bush and palm trees, the brilliance of the vegetation contrasts magnificently with the white curved sandy beach and pristine coral reefs.
The resort offers 20 Beachfront Bures and 13 Garden View Hotel Rooms.

INTIMATE AND SECLUDED RESORT
Garden View Hotel Rooms are set on the ground level amongst tropical gardens and feature a queen size bed, bar unit with refrigerator and sink, small patio with a table and two chairs and en-suite bathroom. Beachfront Bures have traditional Fijian design with high ceilings lined with hand painted tapa, a king size bed, granite top bar with refrigerator, sitting area with a sofa and a coffee table, ocean view patio with hammock, outdoor table and two chairs and ensuite bathroom with twin vanities, granite bench and state of the art fittings.
The resort restaurant provides international menus and a selection of traditional Fijian fare. You can dine inside, on the verandah overlooking the ocean or poolside under the stars. Their string band serenades each table nightly during dinner.

MATAMANOA ISLAND RESORT
Planning my first solo trip felt like a big step, but The Ultimate Travel Company made it easy from the outset. I reached out over a year in advance, and Rob Kent quickly put together a thoughtful itinerary based on exactly what I was looking for, securing great flights and always being available to talk things through. Everything ran smoothly and I felt looked after every step of the way. The accommodation in Japan, Fiji and Tahiti was excellent and the experiences unforgettable.
Outstanding service and real attention to detail throughout. Our holiday exceeded expectations in every way, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with The Ultimate Travel Company again.
