Set on a 300-acre estate in Menorca’s south, Binicalaf Nou is a 200-year-old finca that holds its history lightly. A collection of former farm buildings gathered in quiet seclusion, restored with care and warmth. Stone walls, vaulted ceilings and olive trees frame a house that feels open, grounded and distinctly of this island.

The main house and two cottages offer space for families or groups to come together, with long lawns, shaded terraces and a saltwater pool tucked behind dry-stone walls. A private track leads to the sea, Mahón is close by, but time tends to slow here.

Binicalaf Nou is a place that speaks softly, made for slow days, good food and the company you bring with you.

Main House (4 bedrooms)

Bedroom 1: Twin beds; ensuite bathroom shared with Bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (can be converted to twin); ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub, and double sink.
Bedroom 3: Double bed; ensuite bathroom; direct access to indoor plunge pool.
Bedroom 4 (Master): Large double bed; fireplace and dressing room; ensuite bathroom with freestanding bathtub, separate shower, and sea views.

Cottage 1 (3 bedrooms)

Bedroom 5: Double bed (can be twin); ensuite bathroom with shower and double sink.
Bedroom 6: Bunk room sleeping 4 children; ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Bedroom 7: Double bed with seating area; ensuite bathroom with one-way mirror shower and countryside views.

Cottage 2 (1 bedroom)

Bedroom 8: Double bed; ensuite bathroom with freestanding bathtub; small terrace with sunbeds and table; outdoor shower surrounded by jasmine.

Key Features

In-house chef providing three meals per day (excluding Wednesdays):
• Breakfast (8.00–10.00 am)
• Self-served lunch at 1.00 pm (waitress service available at extra cost)
• Dinner at 8.00 pm
Daily housekeeping (5 hours per day, 6 days per week excluding Wednesdays)
A/C in the cottage bedrooms only. No A/C in the main house.
Indoor plunge bathing pool (gated).
