Amid this gorgeous wilderness is off-the-radar Secret Bay and its six clifftop villas, all composed entirely of sustainably sourced tropical hardwoods.

Expansive indoor and outdoor areas, plunge pools and free-standing tubs are standard. Each villa is assigned a dedicated villa host who is on hand to take care of each guest’s needs, whether that’s paddling over a packed lunch to your picnic spot on Secret Beach or arranging a night snorkelling excursion.

Access to the island’s turquoise waters is via a “secret beach”, hence the name. Kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and snorkelling gear are complimentary, while the in-house spa and wellness centre are great for when you feel more leisurely. Part of the luxury of Secret Bay is the sea- and farm-to-table dining, with dishes inspired by the island’s bounty.
