Stay here, and you’re just close enough to Thimphu to regularly enjoy excursions into the city without ever feeling immersed in the bustle. The interiors are rich in both natural light and traditional details, while the views over the Khasadrapchu Valley and Wang Chhu River are superb.

When not following hiking trails to ancient Buddhist temples, you can take a picnic basket (prepared by the hotel’s chefs) down to the riverbank, or slow down with a yoga or meditation session. Therapies at the spa, including the hot stone bath, draw from traditional Bhutanese practices, while the dinner menu is a showcase of authentic regional dishes.

“MONGOLIA STOLE MY HEART – A JOURNEY I’ll NEVER FORGET”
It was one of the best trips of my life. The itinerary you crafted for us was absolutely perfect; I wouldn’t have changed a thing. What made it even more special was the incredible team who looked after us. Edda was fantastic, and the two drivers we had for the Orkhon Valley and Gobi sections of the trip were possibly the best I’ve ever had.

“TRIP OF A LIFETIME ”

Jonny took the time to discuss all the options with us and tailored every detail to our wishes. He suggested thoughtful add-ons, arranged excellent guides, and created a brilliant itinerary packed with maps, tips, and all the information we needed for exploring the two countries we visited. An absolute trip of a lifetime to Argentina and Brazil.
