High-end, ocean-facing and immersed in tropical gardens, Villa and Loft Bom Jardim combine the privacy of a house with the exclusivity and service of a luxury hotel. Though they share a lovely beachside setting – just 15 minutes by boat from Paraty – each has its own distinctive characteristics.
A modern converted boat house perched over the bay’s green-blue waters, Loft Bom Jardim has just three suites with glass walls to frame the dreamy sea views. The more traditional, colonial-style Villa Bom Jardim is larger with seven bedrooms, expansive dining and lounge areas and a fitness centre. It’s surrounded by lush foliage, with direct access to the palm-fringed beach. Only accessible by sea, if one house is taken, the other remains empty to ensure total exclusivity and privacy.
Delicious meals are prepared by a chef, with a housekeeper, caretaker and butler also on hand. Daily return boat trips to Paraty are included, as well as kayaking, wakeboarding and stand-up paddle boarding equipment. You can while the hours away exploring Villa Bom’s impressive botanic gardens, or follow trails leading through the surrounding rainforest.
