Crafted from stone and wood, the Post Hotel is a comforting base to retreat to after a day hiking the local trails with its spacious suites and red-roofed log cabins, its crackling fireplaces and vast Temple Mountain Spa. The dinner menu here changes with the season. Meals are prepared in a classic style using fresh market produce and local Canadian ingredients whenever possible. The Post Hotel also lays claim to one of Canada’s largest wine cellars, with over 25,000 bottles and 2,200 labels to its name.
