At Club Tapiz you could learn to cook the deeply satisfying local specialities of the Mendoza region – as well as Argentine’s national dishes – using produce grown organically, on the Club’s estate.
You could sample any number of original wines in the tasting room, beside the Old Winery with its vast French oak casks – or sample vivacious sparkling wines in the remuage room of this 120 year old wine estate.
You could develop your palate for the smooth olive oils, created in the estate’s own oil press. You could even become involved in the day-to-day work of the estate. Or you could simply relax, enjoy the surrounding countryside, go horse riding, trekking, river rafting along the Mendoza waterways, take a cycling tour of the nearby wineries and vineyards…
