Alongside a refined basement bistro serving Italian classics, the hotel’s signature restaurant showcases the inventive cooking that has defined Juan Manuel Barrientos’ career. Its sister restaurant property in Miami has been awarded a Michelin star, and the Medellín restaurant is often cited among Colombia’s best.
