Villa di Geggiano is a five bedroom villa that sits just outside Siena, in the rolling hills of Chianti Classico. Originally built as a farmhouse in the fourteenth century and later transformed into one of the final examples of Tuscan Baroque, it has been carefully restored by its current owners and declared a site of national heritage.

The main villa and Garden Pavilion Guesthouse sleep up to ten guests. Bedrooms in the villa were renovated in 2023, maintaining their original character while introducing air conditioning and modern bathrooms. The guesthouse, designed by a leading Italian architect, has a more contemporary feel.

This is a property defined by its setting and structure rather than resort-style amenities. Guests stay among frescoes, antique furniture and formal gardens, with features including a walled eighteenth century Italian garden, an open air theatre and a historic Pomario planted with vegetables, flowers and fruit trees. Siena is just seven kilometres away, making the villa an ideal base for cultural visits, long lunches and exploring the region at a gentler pace.
