EXCLUSIVE, COLONIAL-STYLE SAFARI CAMP

Framed by sausage and ebony trees near the Boro River, this exclusive camp is set on a 260,000-acre private concession to the south of the world-famous Moremi Game Reserve.

A raised central ‘boma’ also offers guests sweeping views across the plain. Delicious, freshly prepared meals are served alongside these exquisite views, as well as prime South African wines.

The camp offers some of the very best game viewing to be had in the Okavango. The immediate area is sanctuary to buffalo, lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dog and, uniquely, a group of semi-habituated elephants, which can be accompanied on walks through the camp’s ‘Living with Elephants’ project. Several hyena dens are also located close by. A wide variety of activities include bush dinners, mokoro canoe excursions, game drives and the opportunity for night drives and bushwalking safaris with an armed professional guide.

“FLAWLESS, AGAIN”
This is the third time I’ve used TUTC. The service, as before, was flawless. Aside from putting in place all the major details of a complex trip to Japan, Dan at TUTC nailed every detail: train tickets were for seats with large luggage space (very important in Japan, as we discovered); a mobile internet wifi was included; together with a pre-charged use-pretty-much-anywhere travel card (again, important – Japan has multiple transport companies). For any kind of complex trip I won’t go anywhere else.

“MONGOLIA STOLE MY HEART – A JOURNEY I’ll NEVER FORGET”
It was one of the best trips of my life. The itinerary you crafted for us was absolutely perfect; I wouldn’t have changed a thing. What made it even more special was the incredible team who looked after us. Edda was fantastic, and the two drivers we had for the Orkhon Valley and Gobi sections of the trip were possibly the best I’ve ever had.

“EXPERTLY TAILORED, EFFORTLESSLY ENJOYABLE”
We travelled to Indochina in January/February with an itinerary designed by The Ultimate Travel Company – and it was spot on. Rob, our consultant, really understood what we were looking for and created a journey that suited us perfectly. The choice of hotels was excellent, and the pace was just right, with enough time built in to relax and recharge between the different experiences. The service throughout was professional, personal and thoughtful – exactly what you want from a travel specialist.
