Bond Springs Outback Retreat, Alice Springs

Situated on the banks of a tree lined creek, a tributary of the normally dry Todd River nestled in the majestic MacDonnell ranges, the three and a half star Bond Springs Outback Retreat is located seventeen kilometres north of Alice Springs. Based at Bonds Springs Station, the property is a working cattle station spread over 1,500 square kilometres of arid zone land. Guests who stay at this boutique property are seeking to experience a little of the life in the Australian Outback, learn about the history of Bond Springs' early pioneering days and share the natural beauty of this unique place.

The accommodation is in a charming self contained cottage, elegantly restored, just a short walk from the homestead. The Wurlie Cottage is the original cattlemen’s cottage, transformed from its humble beginning into comfortable, attractively furnished guest accommodation. The cottage has two bedrooms – one with a queen bed and one with two single beds, one bathroom, living/dining area, kitchenette and barbeque facilities.

Please note the cottage is self-contained and other than gourmet breakfast provisions delivered to the cottage, meals are not available at the station. It is advisable to obtain provisions prior to travelling to Bond Springs as none are available for purchase at the station.
