Tate Travels

There are fourteen different Tate Travels art tours to a range of international destinations – offering you the opportunity to experience a whole world of art; from modern to the old masters.

You will often be accompanied by curators and Tate experts will often provide pre-travel exhibition tours or lectures as well as offering valuable insights into your destination and the art of the region.

Then there are the destinations themselves. From Cornwall to California, from Russia to Venice, from the South of France to Australia…our knowledgeable local guides will take you to their favourite part of town, introduce you to the best shops and restaurants and show you the nightlife.  

Tate’s renowned wine expert Hamish Anderson will accompany many of the tours, taking you inside his ‘secret’ wineries – the superb but little-known vineyards of the South of France, for example – as well as introducing you to the best of Northern Italy, California and Champagne.
